Die Umstrukturierungen im Dentalbereich mit dem immer wichtiger werdenden Kontakt zum Kunden gaben schließlich den Ausschlag, seit 1993 die direkte Marktnähe aktiv mit einem eigenen Markennamen zu suchen. Produkte, die so umfangreiche Ingenieurleistung, so individuelle Planung und technisches Know-how erfordern, bedürfen neben intensiver persönlicher Betreuung eines Namens, mit dem der Kunde dieses umfassende Produkt- und Serviceprogramm identifiziert; so wurde der Firmenname zum Markennamen: Zubler®.

Zur Produktunterstützung entstehen im firmeneigenen Anwendungslabor neue Ideen und Technologien für Hilfsmittel und Werkstoffe. Die Umsetzung in die Praxis ermöglicht die Herstellung von Zahnersatz von immer höherer Qualität bei geringem Zeit- und Materialaufwand.

Heute beträgt der dentaltechnische Anteil 85%, die industrielle Fertigung 15% der gesamten Herstellung. Der Kontakt mit dem Dentalmarkt zeigt der Firma Zubler®, wo Verbesserungen nötig und Handlungsbedarf vorhanden ist. Durch die Arbeit in der Industrie können wertvolle Ideen und Anregungen in den Dentalbereich eingebracht werden.

Längst hat es die Firma geschafft, zu den Marktführern in der Branche zu gehören. Auch im Ausland hat sich die Firma ebenfalls fest etabliert. von KaVo wird einfach anstelle der

Saugstellenöffner: Modul F 500 für Freuding 01.10.2008

Passend zu den Möbelprogrammen F20
und F40 von Freuding wurden spezielle
Tischeinschübe konzipiert. Neben dem
elektronischen Saugstellenöffner enthalten
die Einschübe einen ausziehbaren
Saugkanal mit integriertem Schalldämpfer.
Zu diesem System können die
Zubler® Einsaugtrichter R1200 und
R1250 verwendet werden.

Die zentrale Absaugung FZ VARIO mit
den dazugehörigen Einsaugsystemen
ist eine Absauglösung ohne Kompromisse.
Mit Saugmaschinen und Filtersystemen
unterschiedlicher Leistungen
und Kombinationen eignet sich die
Zubler® Zentralabsauganlage für die
Absaugung aller Handstückarbeitsplätze,
stauberzeugenden Geräte und
Kunststoffverarbeitungsplätze in Laboratorien
beliebiger Größe. Die Vorteile
des Systems kommen insbesondere
dann in vollem Umfang zur Wirkung,
wenn alle vorhandenen, stauberzeugenden
Geräte und Arbeitsplätze eines
Labors zentral abgesaugt werden.
Auch Geräte mit internen Gebläsen
können umgerüstet und an das zentrale
Absaugsystem angeschlossen werden.
Das VARIO-System kontrolliert den Luftvolumenstrom
und regelt die Saugleistung
in Abhängigkeit von der Anzahl
geöffneter Saugstellen stufenlos nach.
Ebenfalls wird die Filterverschmutzung
kompensiert. Das Filtersystem führt
zeitgesteuert Selbstreinigungen durch,
um dauerhaft eine hohe Luftdurchlässigkeit
zu garantieren. Der Motor erreicht
nur selten und kurzzeitig seine
volle Drehzahl. Daraus resultieren eine
lange Lebensdauer und ein minimaler
Wartungsaufwand. Mit der zentralen
Absaugung FZ VARIO werden alle
Vorschriften der Berufsgenossenschaft
und des Gewerbeaufsichtsamtes erfüllt.
